Office Assistant

Aspen Grove Family Therapy is seeking a professional office assistant. The applicant must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This position is responsible for professionally handling incoming calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, filing, and assistance with billing.
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Make reminder calls to clients about upcoming appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls regarding appointments, and new client intakes.
  • Greeting clients and taking payment for service.
  • Manage paperwork and client charts.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
  • Abide by standards of professional conduct.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidate exhibits excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Criminal Background Check required prior to employment.

Part-time: 10-15 hours a week to start
